n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2024 to provide construction management services for a proposed one-storey warehouse development in Woodstock, Ontario, with a total gross floor area of 108,927 sq. ft. Construction has progressed steadily across both Phase 1 (58,986 sq. ft.) and Phase 2 (49,941 sq. ft.), with significant milestones achieved as the warehouse development moves closer to completion.

For Phase 1, HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler installations have been substantially completed, along with the installation of doors and windows. Exterior painting is also complete, while concrete curb and sidewalk installations are currently progressing, marking significant advancement toward final occupancy.

In Phase 2, structural steel and sprinkler installations are nearing completion. Retaining wall construction for the loading bay area has been completed. HVAC and electrical work are scheduled to commence and exterior painting is also underway.

With construction progressing efficiently, the project team looks forward to the successful completion of the development and the upcoming grand opening.
