In 2024, n Construction Inc. was commissioned to provide construction management services for a proposed warehouse development in Woodstock, Ontario, with a total gross floor area of 108,927 square feet. Construction activities have continued to advance steadily across both phases of the project, with significant progress achieved to date.

Progress of Work: For Phase 1, the building envelope and roof construction have been completed. HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler installations are currently underway, while interior fit-out work is scheduled to commence in the upcoming phase of construction. Retaining wall installation for the loading bay area is in progress.

For Phase 2, the footings and slab-on-grade have been completed, along with the perimeter wall construction. Structural steel installation has commenced and is anticipated to be completed by mid-June. Retaining wall construction for the loading bay area is also ongoing.
