The proposed office building is a new five storey building with a basement located at the intersection of Victoria Drive and Brock Street in Uxbridge. The building has a gross floor area of 5856 sqm.

We had been working as construction managers for this project since 2019. Prior to tackling job, the site was an abandoned lot with a raft slab that had been left exposed to the harsh weather conditions for years. Thus site remediation, pile foundation, and other structural interventions were critically and successfully allocated before the actual construction of the building.

Regardless of any circumstance, n Construction Inc. keeps abreast with the latest developments, coordinated with consultants and lead the project construction towards the finish line. n Construction Inc. adheres to the most innovative and efficient technology shaping today’s construction industry.

On June 29^th, 2023 – The project team, owners, and city officials celebrated the Grand Opening of the Uxbridge Business Center and attended the ribbon cutting ceremony, which was followed by refreshments, food, and tours of the facility.
