n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to provide construction management services for the proposed apartment building in Hanover, Ontario. The proposed development is a 7-storey apartment building with a gross floor area of 117,511.11 ft2 with 109 residential units.
Following the previous update in April 2024, all floor slabs above the grade has been completed. The basement floor slab is scheduled to be completed by the end of September. The tower crane is scheduled to be removed in October. The work for roofing and mechanical penthouse is ongoing and the HVAC unit has been installed on every level. Currently, the exterior drywall sheathing is being installed and the window installation of the first floor is in progress. Brick cladding is scheduled to begin later this month.
Five different variations of mock-up units on the first floor will be completed by the end of October. These fully furnished units will be showcased to the potential tenants.
