n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to provide construction management services for the proposed apartment building in Hanover, Ontario. The proposed development is a 7-storey apartment building with a gross floor area of 117,511.11 ft2 with 109 residential units.
Following the previous update in December 2023, the concrete floor slabs of floors one to five have been completed and the rebar installation for vertical elements from fifth to sixth floor is in progress. The pre-cast stairs up to the second floor is installed and stairs up to level 6 are delivered for installation. Currently the interior framing of ground floor is in progress.
While the construction is progressing smoothly, the architectural team is working closely with the clients and the contractors to produce Issued for Construction drawings to reflect the owner’s request, trade recommendation, and the site condition. The clients are happy with the current progress and are in contact with potential tenants with interior renderings produced by the architectural team.
