n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to provide construction management services for the proposed apartment building in Hanover, Ontario. The proposed development is a 7-storey apartment building with a gross floor area of 117,511.11 ft2 with 109 residential units.
Following the previous update in September 2024, all floor slabs above the grade have been completed. For electric and heat tracing, mock-up units are to be finished in a week for all 5 rooms. Ground floor is ready for prime painting & tiling from October 2024. For drywall, framing all exterior up to penthouse is completed. In regards to roofing, the roof cap-sheet 80% is finished. Block wall at the basement is 90% completed while retaining wall at the south side is 100% done.
Five different variations of mock-up residential units on the first floor were completed by the end of October. These fully furnished units will be showcased to the potential tenants.
