n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to provide construction management services for a new apartment building in Hanover, Ontario, marking an exciting development for the area. The project will consist of a 7-storey building offering 109 residential units, designed to meet the needs of modern living. With a total gross floor area of 117,511.11 square feet, the development aims to provide both quality housing and convenient access to local amenities.
The project continues to progress steadily, with key milestones being reached across multiple areas. On the ground floor, grading has been revised to support improved basement drainage. In the basement, mechanical, HVAC, and heat tracing work is actively underway, following the successful completion of underground mechanical and electrical installations. Additionally, the cooling tower has now been installed, marking another significant step forward.
On the upper levels, HVAC ductwork and plumbing are advancing on the 7th floor and within the vertical shafts. Interior framing has been completed all the way up to the penthouse, with both corridor and demising walls now fully in place. To maintain project momentum, the existing gas line will be upgraded, ensuring continued progress without impacting the overall project timeline.
