n Construction Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to provide construction management services for a new apartment building in Hanover, Ontario, marking an exciting development for the area. The project will consist of a 7-storey building offering 109 residential units, designed to meet the needs of modern living. With a total gross floor area of 117,511.11 square feet, the development aims to provide both quality housing and convenient access to local amenities.
The project has made significant progress since the last update. Mechanical installation in Basement is in progress, cooling tower has been installed. On the 7th floor, both HVAC and plumbing systems are in progress, ensuring that essential building systems are in place for the upper levels. In parallel, work on the shafts is ongoing to house vertical systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The interior finishing of the ground floor has also started, with prime painting and tiling underway, bringing the space closer to its final appearance. Electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and drywall installation are in their final stages, with all trades working towards completion.
