In 2021, n Construction Inc. was engaged to provide construction management services for a new apartment complex in Hanover, Ontario, representing a significant addition to the community. The project involves a 7-storey building with 109 residential units, thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern lifestyles. Covering a total gross floor area of 117,511.11 square feet, the development aims to offer quality living spaces with easy access to local amenities.
The construction has been substantially completed as of October 2025. Final inspection has been completed and passed and sign offs from all engineers and trades have been received. With the full occupancy permit grated on October 15, 2025, tenants started to move in starting with the units on the ground floor.
