In 2021, n Construction Inc. was engaged to provide construction management services for a new apartment complex in Hanover, Ontario, representing a significant addition to the community. The project involves a 7-storey building with 109 residential units, thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern lifestyles. Covering a total gross floor area of 117,511.11 square feet, the development aims to offer quality living spaces with easy access to local amenities.
As of May 2025, substantial progress on the upper floors has been made. The 6th floor is now 90% complete, with final tasks such as taping, flooring, and painting nearly finished. Interior work, including millwork, wall paneling, and finishing touches, is moving along smoothly, helping to refine the overall look of the space. Additionally, construction of the gym room is progressing, bringing residents closer to enjoying this valuable amenity. The elevator lobby has been given special attention, with premium porcelain slabs applied to the walls; enhancing the space with a more elevated and modern feel.
Externally, brickwork is advancing steadily, with 85% of the exterior now completed. The next phase will include the installation of exterior metal panels, expected to begin in the coming three weeks, which will further define the building’s contemporary style. On the ground floor, model suites have been prepared and staged, offering potential residents a preview of the available living spaces. These units allow a better understanding of the home environment, while the main lobby is receiving its final touch-ups to ensure a welcoming and polished entrance.
